Appointments

It is recommended that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your future scheduling needs. 

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we are ever running late, we will do our absolute best to let you know before you arrive that day.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice as stated on the cancellation policy when booking on our online scheduler.

You will be charged a fee of $50 for missing your appointment without any notice.

Pricing

Pricing is to be determined in person only. We can give an approximate estimation via pictures and conversation before the appointment, however those are strictly estimations. Fees other than what was estimated may apply depending on hair length, texture and density. 


Methods of Payment

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express or other debit cards are accepted.

Return Policy

All products and services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your hair upon completion, you have one week from the original date of service to contact and reschedule in order to make any changes to the rendered service(s). Cost for adjusting the hair service may be applied depending on what is needed at that time.
